Where is my data stored?
Everything you add to SkinCycler — routines, products, reminders, ratings, notes — lives only on your iPhone. Deleting the app erases all of it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Why won't the barcode scanner open the camera?
Open Settings → SkinCycler and make sure Camera is enabled. If the scanner still won't open, force-quit the app and reopen it.
My reminders aren't firing.
Open Settings → SkinCycler → Notifications and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Inside the app, confirm the reminder time is set and that the routine is scheduled for the current day.
A product barcode isn't recognized.
SkinCycler queries public product databases that don't cover every product. If a barcode lookup fails, you can still add the product manually with a name and brand.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the app from your iPhone. Because nothing is synced to a server, that erases everything.
